Vision for end March 2009

To enable people and organisations to make a difference in their world. Liberating the talents of people in their organisations will be a major source of creating advantage in the coming decades and our focus is on the provision of leading edge products and delivery processes that really do this. Our standards are maintained through a rigorous accreditation process for our coaches together with robust and personal support mechanisms.

We are clear that we cannot be experts in everything and so we concentrate on a small portfolio and stay determinedly at the forefront of the thinking in these fields. We are happy also to endorse the products of others where they really do represent the best in the world and to teach our coaches how to use them as part of their delivery expertise.
