We are a coaching and learning consultancy and maintaining the confidentiality of our clients and their business is a core value of our company. Our goal is to protect your information in the same way as we protect all our client confidential information.

The maintaining of the privacy of our users is very important to GLA. Global Leadership Alliance is registered with the UK Data Protection Commission in accordance with UK legislation.
GLA will keep confidential all personal data supplied by any user of the Site and will use such data solely for the administration of the Site. GLA will not sell or divulge customer information to any third party for any purpose, except as required by law. GLA may use statistical information concerning users for marketing and similar purposes (e.g. ‘60% of our users are under/over 30’) but this will be done in such a way that no individual can be identified.

GLA may mail electronically existing or former registered users of the Site with details of other services of GLA which may be interest to them. When we do this, you will be able to opt out of all future mailings.

All messages and material you post on the Site or transmit via the Site may be seen by other users of the Site. GLA takes all reasonable steps to ensure that access to information posted on or transmitted to a particular community is restricted to registered users of that community; however the security of data transmitted over the internet and the World Wide Web cannot be completely guaranteed and you use the Site at your own risk.
We may use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our servers and to assist in administering the Site.

You agree that GLA may use, copy, edit or amend such messages and material in any way and may transmit, sell, licence or distribute such material worldwide; GLA may do so where it believes this will assist in the learning and development of others and will edit or amend material in such a way that personal information and information relating to or identifying any company, business or public body is removed, except with the prior consent of the individuals, companies, businesses and public bodies concerned.
